Anthony Ritchie's works include concertos symphonies, chamber music, and operas. His work has been performed by renowned ensembles including The Takacs Quartet, and soloists Bella Hristhova. In 2016 he was joint winner of The Classical Album of the Year.. Gallipoli to the Somme was voted most popular classical music recording in 2020 by RNZ, the first time a New Zealand piece achieved this.
